Renovate Design/Build is a full-service woman-owned residential remodeling firm servicing the Greater Seattle Area. When you hire Renovate Design/Build, you get expert service every step of your renovation – from floor plans to detailed design through construction. We specialize in basement remodels, bathrooms, kitchens, decks, additions, and ADUs.
Each person on our team is an integral part of our company’s success, providing excellent service and beautifully finished remodel projects for our clients. As a small business, every job is important to our team at Renovate – you are never just a number.
We believe in transparency, which is why we operate a little differently from most contractors. When you work with Renovate, our planning, cost estimation, and construction process is an open book – you see the same calculations that we do.
A note to our valued current and future clients: We do not have social media accounts. We do not believe in the filter driven world of social media because of its proven adverse effects on people’s mental health, especially that of our youth. ADUs
ADUs (Attached Accessory Dwelling Units) are legally recognized separate living units within a home. They provide homeowners an opportunity to legally rent part of their home or allow a family member to live in their home independently.
Most ADUs are created in basements but Renovate also specializes in additions which can become ADUs, as well. There are certain code requirements to design a legal ADU and the Renovate design team can help owners create a floor plan that meets their needs.
ADUs contain kitchens, bathrooms, bedroom, a separate entryway, and are a great way to generate income or provide multigenerational living opportunities.
