Renovate is comprised of dedicated professionals who have a passion for residential remodeling. They have worked for large companies in the past, but prefer to work for a small company like Renovate where each person is an integral part of the team. We take pride in the work we do and each person on our team understands that the client and the job come first. We are a tight-knit group and we work together to ensure every job is done to our highest skill level. Remodel work is about people – our team and our clients. We communicate, we plan, we deliver

Our Team
Amanda Shesterkin
Amanda grew up in a construction family. Her father worked for decades remodeling homes in San Francisco and Seattle. After spending 13 years overseas on commercial construction projects, Amanda returned to Seattle, founded Renovate Construction, and brought together a team of professionals who love what they do and who bring that energy to each job. Amanda spends as much time as business allows exploring the mountains with her husband, Mike, and their eight-year-old twin girls.
Ross Lindly
Ross has decades of experience in all aspects of residential remodel. He is not only a master carpenter, but also a seasoned project manager. As our Senior Superintendent, Ross is responsible for all field work and lends his expertise to support our Project Managers and our carpenters. When he has time off, he likes to recreate on his enduro bike in the mountains and stay in shape at the gym.
Jeremiah Heiserman
Jeremiah is a craftsman who apprenticed in Washington after his enlistment in the Marine Corps. He enjoys working for a small business focused on quality, ingenuity, and integrity. He has a been a framer, project manager, and custom fireplace remodeler. Jeremiah enjoys learning new skills and working with a good team. A devoted husband and father of five, his off hours are spent enjoying his family and finding fun wherever it may be.
Tom Costantini
Tom is a savvy and dedicated designer with extensive experience on residential, commercial, and retail projects. He has a passion for crafting interior environments that are welcoming and functional for our clients and bringing those spaces to life with color and texture, and enjoys delving into the details of interior architecture and cabinetry. Tom grew up on the east coast and has been in the Seattle area for over 30 years. Outside of the office he enjoys painting watercolors of architecture and classic cars and showing them in Seattle venues.
Ryan Beckstrom
Ryan learned construction in the highly competitive and demanding residential framing industry in California. He is an excellent framer, carpenter, and all-around remodeler. Ryan’s dedication to perfection makes him a favorite of our clients – he loves what he does and his work shows it. He is a quintessential jack-of-all-remodeling-trades and excels at using his expertise to help everyone around him understand the “how” and “why” details that form the backbone of his top-quality projects. Ryan enjoys spending his off time with his wife, young daughter, and his fishing poles near their new home in Lake Stevens.
Jesse Jump
Jesse moved to Seattle from Bellingham, and we are fortunate that he did. Jesse is a great all-around carpenter and has a good attitude to match his skills. He learned his trade working at a small company helping the owner remodel homes in northern Washington. Having grown up in Eastern Washington, Jesse is a skilled outdoorsman, loves to ride mountain bikes, and spend his time with his girlfriend on various adventures near and far.
Stacie Estay
Stacie has years of experience behind the scenes and onsite, having worked in a stain shop during high school and moving to operations several years later. She is resourceful, a creative thinker, and has a willingness to jump in on any task. Stacie is a huge asset to our team, with her positive energy and can-do attitude. A local, Stacie loves seeing the fruits of her labor in the homes she and her team have worked on. On her days off Stacie and her family enjoy local “stay-cations” where they play tourist around the PNW, exploring the small towns and bigger cities, finding delightful shops, little museums, and amazing restaurants.
